Frequently asked questions
Questions we hear most often from prospective clients, grouped by topic.
Working with us
Start with a free scoping call so we understand the actual problem, not just a feature list. We follow up with a written proposal covering scope, milestones, and a fixed price or estimate range.
It depends on scope: a pilot automation or AI agent workflow often takes one to two weeks, an MVP web app typically takes four to eight weeks. We give a specific timeline in the proposal, not before.
Yes. Working hours overlap with UK, Middle East, and Australia by arrangement. We run projects over video calls, written updates, and shared project boards, regardless of time zone.
Yes. We're used to joining an existing codebase or working alongside an internal team rather than replacing one.
Pricing and contracts
You do. Once the final milestone is paid, the delivered code, documentation, and any assets are yours to keep, extend, or hand to another team.
Fixed-price projects billed at milestones, monthly support retainers for ongoing cloud or Microsoft 365 administration, and dedicated engineering time by the hour or month for open-ended work.
Changes are scoped as separate change requests with their own price, so they don't silently expand the current milestone or its deadline.
Most fixed-price projects start with an initial milestone payment; the exact structure is agreed in the proposal before work begins.
Partnering & white-label delivery
No. We work strictly under your direction and don't approach your client outside the partnership — a non-circumvention commitment that stands for every referred project.
Yes. We can work white-label with no reference to Nexgsoft in any client-facing communication, documentation, or code comments, if that's what you need.
Yes, an NDA is available on request before we look at any confidential material, same as for direct clients.
No fixed minimum. We scope each referred project on its own merits, from a single short engagement to a recurring, ongoing relationship.
We respond to every submission within one business day, then move to scoping once you share the requirements.
Security and support
Yes, an NDA is available on request before we look at any confidential material.
Bug fixes within an agreed warranty period after delivery, and ongoing support beyond that as a monthly retainer if you'd like continued coverage.
We use scoped, temporary access, such as an IAM role or a time-limited admin account, documented at the start and revocable by you at any time.
