Every engagement, from a one-week automation pilot to a multi-month build, follows the same six steps.

Free scoping call
We talk through the problem you're solving, who it affects, and what a first version needs to do. No price is quoted on this call; it's about understanding the work.

Written proposal
You get a scope document broken into milestones, with a fixed price or estimate range, and a realistic timeline based on the actual scope, not a template.

Kickoff and access
We agree on communication channels, set up any shared tools or repositories, and request only the access needed for the work, scoped and documented.

Build in milestones
Work happens in agreed milestones. You get a written update every week, and you see working software at each milestone rather than a demo at the very end.

Review and test
Each milestone is reviewed together before moving on. For software and app projects, this includes testing on your own devices or staging environment.
- 6
Handover or ongoing support
On completion, you get the code, documentation, and access, transferred to you. If you'd like continued help, that continues as a separate monthly support engagement.
